Raub Bypass Project Celebrates 2 Million Accident-Free Work Hours during Pahang’s OSH Week 2023
In conjunction with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Week 2023 at the state level in Pahang, a ceremony was held to celebrate and acknowledge the achievement of 2 million work hours without accidents for the CSR Section 5A: Raub Bypass Project. The event was officiated by the Director of JKKP Pahang, YBrs. Mr. Ahmad Fauzi b. Awang.
Also present at the ceremony were the Project Authority Officer, Mr. Kamal Afendi bin Desa, Project Director from Majulia Sdn Bhd, Mr. Mohammad Shamir bin Dato’ Shamsuddin, Officer of JKR UPK ECER2, Consulting Firm SMHB Sdn Bhd, representatives of JKKP Pahang, and all construction site workers from the contractor’s side.
This significant milestone underscores the commitment to safety practices and protocols within the project, reflecting a successful collaboration between the various stakeholders involved. The ceremony not only celebrated the remarkable achievement but also served as an encouraging reminder to all participants of the importance of workplace safety.
